Pharmacist Nevzat Karpuzcu imported the first tea bagging machine from Germany in 1975. With this, the first tea bag was introduced in Turkey.
The company, which registered its trademark in 1985, started to sell its products in markets and company, which started black tea and green tea production in 2008, introduced traditional Black Sea flavors to the market in 2010. In 2007, the company joined The Coca Cola Company.
